I want your crock pot recipes! Send them to me please.

  1. My favorite is super easy. Braise cubed pork in oil, and garlic. Put pork (Costco has the best pork chops) into crock pot. Pour salsa over it. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 6-8. When ready to serve, add a can of black beans. Serve with cilantro lime rice in flour tortillas (uncooked ones from Costco are the best). Have lettuce/ sour cream for sides.

    Make rice in rice cooker. Use chicken broth instead of water. Before serving, stir in some fresh cilantro and lime juice. Another spicier option (instead of cilantro and lime) is to stir in a can of rotel when cooking rice (use juice from can along with chicken broth for liquid).
